- An impression is counted each time a widget is loaded on a page by a unique visitor. Reloads by the same visitor within 30 minutes are not counted.

- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you're charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, credit is applied to your next billing cycle.
